The hotel had a great location close to Birmingham's downtown core and various restaurants. The rooms, although comfortable, could have been a bit bigger for the price paid. The service was accommodating and courteous, but there were inconsistencies in room checks. Dining was average, and the facilities were decent. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic, clean, and equipped to keep my routine on track. The view overlooking Uptown was a nice touch, and the spaciousness and comfort were just what I needed for a relaxing stay. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and accommodating staff that made me feel right at home. The location was ideal, close to the entertainment district, Birmingham's downtown core, and just a stone's throw away from the BJCC for events. The dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited breakfast options, but overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, yet they could use some deep cleaning overall. The service is top-notch with very kind and professional staff ready to assist with anything. The dining experience, although pricey, offers options like smoked salmon but may disappoint in terms of temperature. The location is perfect for those attending events at the BJCC and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants right outside. The modern facilities enhance the stay, but the value for money could be better.
